This paper presents the design and implementation of an IoT-based DC motor monitoring system using an ESP32 microcontroller. The system monitors important motor parameters such as temperature, vibration, and current in real time using MLX90614, vibration sensor, and ACS721 current sensor. Sensor data is displayed on an LCD and transmitted to the Blynk cloud platform through Wi-Fi communication for remote monitoring. Experimental testing was performed under various operating conditions including normal operation, overload, and vibration fault conditions. The system successfully detected abnormal conditions and generated alerts when sensor values exceeded predefined limits. The developed prototype provides a simple, low-cost, and efficient solution for motor fault monitoring and preventive maintenance.
