This article examines the relationship between language and culture in linguistics within the context of Uzbekistan. The study explores how language reflects cultural values, traditions, beliefs, and social norms, and how cultural factors influence communication and language use. Special attention is given to the role of culture in foreign language learning and intercultural communication. The article also discusses the importance of integrating cultural components into language teaching in order to develop students’ communicative competence and intercultural awareness.
