Background: Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among the elderly and people with disabilities, often going unnoticed when timely help is most needed. Objectives: This project aims to develop an artificial intelligence (AI)-based fall detection and emergency alert system that enhances personal safety and independence. Methods: The system uses a combination of sensors to monitor motion and detect abnormal patterns that may indicate a fall. A keypad interface is included to allow manual input in emergency or nonemergency situations. Results: Once a fall is detected, the system uses Wi-Fi to send instant alerts to caregivers or emergency contacts through a cloud-based platform. By integrating AI, the system is capable of distinguishing between real falls and normal daily movements, thereby minimizing false alarms. Conclusion: This initiative is focused on improving the quality of life for individuals with mobility challenges, including the elderly, the mute, or the visually and hearing-impaired individuals, by ensuring they are always connected and supported during critical situations.
