This paper proposes a cosmological origin model distinct from the standard Big Bang singularity. The observable universe is proposed to have originated as a shockwave collapse event within a pre-existing equilibrium ocean of undifferentiated energy. The propagating shockwave converts the energy medium into spacetime, matter, and radiation, naturally producing the large-scale cosmic structure and the Cosmic Microwave Background. Dark energy is reframed as the ongoing process of the shockwave feeding on the prior energy medium, providing a structural explanation for accelerating expansion and the Hubble Tension. The model is compared against cosmic inflation and addresses the anomalous early galaxy observations of the James Webb Space Telescope.
