We present an executable formulation of a quantum-embedded information dynamics framework for cognition. The proposed system, JARVIS v3.0, implements intelligence as a hybrid classical–quantum computational process consisting of graph-based information dynamics (IDA), variational quantum evolution, and measurement-driven decision-making. We provide a runnable architecture, formal definitions, and a minimal computational kernel demonstrating cognition as an evolving entangled information field.
