Recursive Coherence Theory (RCT) is introduced as a unified mathematical framework for modeling recursive cognition, emergence, adaptive intelligence, and interacting co-herent systems through operator-theoretic dynamics, spectral stability analysis, infor-mation geometry, and nonlinear recursive interaction. The framework proposes that intelligence may fundamentally arise from recursively evolving coherent structures governed by stability-preserving information dynamics rather than solely from symbolic reasoning or statistical optimization. Recursive cognitive states are formalized as dy-namical trajectories evolving in high-dimensional Hilbert spaces under recursive trans-formation operators, while coherence preservation, emergence generation, entropy regulation, and spectral organization are explicitly quantified through mathematically defined functionals. The theory integrates recursive dynamical systems, Lyapunov sta-bility analysis, bifurcation theory, stochastic recursive propagation, information-geometric manifold flow, and multi-agent recursive interaction within a single formal architecture. Emergence is modeled quantitatively as higher-order information genera-tion arising from nonlinear recursive interaction, enabling constructive and destructive interaction dynamics to be analyzed through recursive spectral resonance and diver-gence mechanisms. A formal definition of intelligence is proposed based on recursive coherence preservation, adaptive emergence generation, predictive consistency, and en-tropy-constrained stability. The framework further develops a unified recursive cogni-tive field equation describing nonlinear recursive evolution under spectral, geometric, stochastic, fractal, and interaction-driven dynamics. Connections are established with deep learning, transformers, graph neural networks, dynamical systems theory, com-plexity science, predictive coding, information theory, and AI alignment research. Alt-hough the framework remains primarily theoretical and requires substantial empirical validation, RCT provides a mathematically integrated foundation for investigating re-cursive cognition, emergent adaptive systems, collective intelligence, and coherence-preserving recursive computation. The work therefore contributes to a unified theoret-ical research program aimed at formalizing intelligence and emergence as recursive dy-namical phenomena evolving across interacting information manifolds.
