This preprint documents a standard first numerical audit of the Methane Metauniverse framework. The study uses one frozen true 3D tetrahedral KMC FEM package and first tests standard structural routes including Rydberg scaling, orbital families, Stark and Zeeman routes, Lamb and S node contact response, hyperfine and 21 cm type routing, isotope channel selectivity, and a w4 clock redshift route. Only after these standard gates are passed, the same frozen model is used to test precision facing signatures, including King plot nonlinearities, state selective curvature, and E2 E3 clock readout residuals under a signed gravitational or w4 route. The audit includes visible ablation controls, noise robustness, branch stability, mesh refinement, and a retained coarse grid warning. The result is structural WIP support only. It is not a physical proof, not a replacement of QED or GR, and not a physical coefficient prediction. The purpose of the paper is to document the method, the no retune discipline, the standard first logic, and the reproducible numerical audit workflow.
