Abstract

Version 1. 7 is a substantial restructuring into a focused, self-contained Letter. It reports a sequential measurement protocol on the n = 8 Fibonacci fusion space (D = F₇ = 13) attaining |S| = 3. 406, with two interpretive caveats: it is a CHSH-form expression on a non-factorized fusion space (not a bipartite EPR Bell test; Bob's observable is constant on the vacuum sector), and not a supremum on D = 13 (random braids reach 4. 000, Haar-U (13) reaches 3. 927). A controlled bipartite test recovers ||B|| = 2. 000 exactly in 8000/8000 samples. Includes an independent comparison with Xu, Ye the title no longer carries the earlier "Topological Chain Hypothesis" framing. Dimension-label correction (5D → D = 13) carried over from v1. 5/v1. 6.
