This disclosure report presents a cosmological closure architecture in which the universe is not first modeled as a completed 3D arena, but as a disclosure process arising from ζ₀, the zero-veiled origin. The ontological Now is interpreted as ζ₀ in disclosure-mode: the active origin-interface through which time, event, identity, law, and world become manifest. From this origin-interface, time is disclosed through five temporal metavectors: T1 chronological sequence, T2 cyclic recurrence, T3 quantum or transition time, T4 coherence persistence, and T5 resonance synchronization. The continuum then becomes atomizable at the Euler Gateway, the 3.14D π-saturated threshold where recoverable difference, curvature closure, and sectorization first become possible. The iπ term is interpreted as the closure-phase hinge of this gateway, while SU(4) is interpreted as the algebraic envelope of possible sectorization. The central sectorization relation is: 3.141…D = 3.000…D + 0.141…D. This relation is interpreted not as dimensional loss, but as sectorized equality. The 3.0D sector is not treated as absolute final closure, but as a stabilized partial-closure surface. It is held through PSOC4(3), the phase-spatial orientation closure structure linking U(1)-like phase coherence and SO(3)-like spatial orientation. The 0.141…D term is interpreted as a curvature-work residue through which further closure becomes necessary. Atomic Continuum Ontology, or ACO, is the partial-closure process-domain through which the residue and stabilization field become organized into infratier closure-functions: phase, spin, torsion, chirality, confinement, boundary, shelling, law, and time. At cosmological scale, this ACO partial-closure field is interpreted as the dark sector. Atomic Ontology, or AO, is completed visible closure within that larger field. Derived Ontology, or DO, is the displayed world of objects, events, laws, measurements, and experience. The report is intentionally composite. It gathers multiple linked disclosures into one cosmological sequence so that their structural unity can be seen before later subdivision into narrower papers.
