This work develops a unified recursive coherence ontology within the broader Breathing Universe Model (BUM) and proposes that realized physical structure emerges from a deeper pre-geometric coherence manifold governed by recursive stabilization principles. The paper investigates the repeated appearance of the number 27 across multiple independently derived organizational structures and argues that this convergence reflects an underlying recursive closure architecture rather than arbitrary numerical coincidence. Beginning from the zero-line as a pre-temporal balance condition, the framework develops a hierarchical Ω-architecture describing the progressive emergence of admissibility, bifurcation, realization, operational coherence, and stabilized persistence. The analysis identifies a finite operational realization grammar generated through the interaction of four realization domains and five redistribution operators, yielding twenty operational coherence modes.
