Mazkur maqolada boshlang‘ich sinf o‘quvchilarini tarbiya darslari jarayonida kasbga yo‘naltirishning ahamiyati, mazmuni va samarali tashkil etish yo‘llari umumiy tarzda yoritilgan. Unda o‘quvchilarda kasblar haqidagi dastlabki tasavvurlarni shakllantirish, ularning qiziqish va qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirish hamda mehnatga ijobiy munosabatni tarbiyalash masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tarbiya darslarida zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar va interfaol metodlardan foydalanish orqali kasbga yo‘naltirish samaradorligini oshirish mumkinligi ta’kidlangan.
