Mazkur maqolada maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarda salomatlikka qadriyatli munosabatni shakllantirishning nazariy-pedagogik asoslari va tamoyillari tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqotda bolalarning jismoniy, ruhiy va ijtimoiy salomatligini uyg‘un rivojlantirish muhim pedagogik vazifa sifatida yoritiladi. Shuningdek, sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirishda oilaviy muhit, maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlari va pedagoglarning o‘rni asoslab beriladi. Maqolada integrativ, shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan, faoliyatga asoslangan va uzluksizlik tamoyillarining mazmun-mohiyati ochib berilib, ularni amaliyotga joriy etish yo‘llari ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. Natijada bolalarda sog‘lom hayot tarziga nisbatan ongli, barqaror va qadriyatli munosabatni shakllantirishning samarali mexanizmlari taklif etiladi.
