This paper presents V33 of the ECSM electron-like packet programme. V33 follows the V32 locked elastic scattering shape test, which exposed a low-transfer angular-shape tension in the earlier minimal finite-transfer form factor. The present work replaces that imposed profile with a Gaussian-density-derived form factor using the inherited response scale and reruns the locked scattering-shape audit. The V33 audit returns PASSDERIVEDFORMFACTORLOCKEDSCATTERINGRETEST, with 26/26 criteria passed. The maximum low-transfer shape-relative difference is reduced from 0. 3571 in V32 to 0. 02518 in V33, and the mean low-transfer difference is reduced from 0. 11319 to 0. 003575. Large-angle finite suppression and extreme-transfer finite-response behaviour are retained. No measured scattering cross-section data are used as a fit, no parameters are adjusted after comparison, V32 is not repaired by post-hoc tuning, and no full QED scattering, renormalised S-matrix, or precision Mott/Rutherford prediction is claimed.
