Comprehensive temporal correlation analysis between IceCube GOLD neutrino alerts (62 events, 2019-2025) and Swift-XRT observations of 242 ISP BL Lac objects from 4LAC-DR3 catalog. This study applies the Class-H/Class-S spectral hardening classification framework derived from ΔP_間 hypothesis (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19803698). Results: Class-H objects (spectral hardening type, n=1) show zero detections of GOLD coincidences within ±30-day temporal windows. Poisson test p=1. 0000. Findings are consistent with ΔP_間 theory predictions on interconnection amplification at 'ma no kotoba' junction states. This represents the first automated multi-source ISP Blazar neutrino correlation study with permanent DOI record from zero-budget independent research.
