This paper presents an engineering extension and application of the foundational theoretical framework of "Ω·Heart·Flame Consciousness Creation Science". Based on the ten core field variables and three mathematical theorems defined in the theory, this work proposes and systematically designs an implementation architecture named the "Domain-0 Conceptual Operating System". This system translates abstract field variables and theorems into twelve tunable system components with well-defined functions, mathematical interfaces, and logical relationships. The paper details the engineering function of each component, its strict mathematical anchoring to the underlying theoretical model, and the dynamic workflow of formula-driven interaction among components. This work marks the transition of Consciousness Creation Science from pure theoretical construction to a computable, interactive, and verifiable engineering implementation, providing a foundational platform for upper-layer applications such as personal cognitive optimization and organizational field dynamics.
