Abstract

We present three sharp, parameter-free predictions from the Time-Unity Theory Model (TUM), falsifiable within 18 months: 1. JWST Quasar Dipole Amplitude: A = π / (32² × 31) = 0. 00317 2. Sterile Neutrino Mass Scale: mₛ = mₑ / 2¹⁵ = 0. 072 eV 3. Muon g-2 Anomaly Resolution: a_μ = 0. 00116592089 All derive from the same Cl (8) geometry that produced the lab-verified 11. 25° phase, 1. 147 amplification, and -37. 2% vortex. Zero free parameters. Zero fitting. Data and code: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20489521 If JWST, KATRIN, and Fermilab confirm these values by 2028, ΛCDM and the Standard Model require fundamental revision. If not, TUM is falsified.
