This article analyzes the state administration system and state positions during the Shaybanid period. The article covers the formation of the Shaybanid state, the central administration system, military and administrative positions, the religious and judicial system, and their role in state life. In particular, the duties and powers of such positions as khan, otalik, divanbegi, koshbegi, amir ul-umaro, qazikalon, and sheikhulislam are analyzed based on historical sources.
