This research evaluates the empirical and economic implications of integrating digital technologies into the hotel, restaurant, and cafe sector in Uzbekistan. As the national economy transitions toward digitalization, the hospitality industry presents a critical avenue for increasing regional gross domestic product, employment, and sustainable development. Recent data indicates rapid growth in inbound tourism, though infrastructural and digital capacities remain geographically concentrated. This study analyzes how the adoption of cloud-based systems, customer relationship management, and data analytics reduces operational costs while maximizing revenue. The findings suggest that expanding digital infrastructure positively correlates with employment growth and that prioritizing digital governance is essential for the sustainable distribution of tourism-generated wealth across Uzbekistan.
