For decades, standard galactic rotational curves and stellar dynamics have relied on the hypothetical insertion of Dark Matter to explain how high-velocity stars remain gravitationally bound. Under standard General Relativity and Newtonian Mechanics, bodies in extreme environments possess kinetic energies that should theoretically shatter their structures or eject them into the intergalactic void. This manuscript, the 19th installment in the Marabūt's Theory of Gravity series, formally extends the Electron Flow Model (EFM) to stellar structures. It replaces the classical concept of a "dark" geometrical scaffolding with the demonstrable fluid-dynamic reality of the macroscopic vacuum flux, operating under the foundational premise: Gravity is Pressure, not curvature, and not an intrinsic mass property. We present The Grand Computational Atlas of 53 Stars, a comprehensive hydrodynamic mapping of Stars spanning the absolute extremes of the Milky Way. From the supermassive convergence zone of Sagittarius A* (e. g. , S2, S8, S62) to the Absolute Galactic Fringe (e. g. , US 708, LAMOST sequence), this atlas utilizes the Unified Master Equation to calculate precise fluid pressure gradients. By mapping the 11-level Mara Scale (M-Scale) volumetric profile for each star, this paper demonstrates that structural integrity and gravitational output are intrinsically linked to Empirically Calibrated Fluid Parameters: the Ambient Flux Multiplier (Ωₛhield), effective density (ρₑff), and localized Thermal-Proximity Flex (τ (T) ). The resulting computational ledger proves that multiaxial push-pull mechanics completely account for the sustained geometric stability of high-velocity and hyper-dense stellar objects, entirely eradicating the need for Dark Matter in stellar dynamics. The Unified Fluid Cosmos Framework: This paper serves as Manuscript 19 Version 1 in the comprehensive series, Marabūt's Theory of Gravity. It presents the Electron Flow Model (EFM), a generative, fluid-dynamic framework designed to fundamentally replace Albert Einstein's General Relativity and standard Quantum Mechanics. The EFM shatters classical circularity with a single, undeniable foundational premise: Gravity is Pressure, not curvature, and not an intrinsic mass property.
