This article analyzes the formation of linguistic terms, their role in scientific communication, and their derivational features. The study examines the sources of linguistic terms, morphological and semantic methods of term formation, and their functional characteristics in scientific texts. The findings demonstrate the significant role of terms in ensuring scientific accuracy and conceptual consistency.
