To overcome the existential alienation induced by classical mechanism and contemporary data determinism, this study proposes the ’Independent Variable Philosophy (IVP)’—a model that critically reinterprets the mathematical achievements of modern physics. Traditional 4D space-time models (𝑦 = 𝑓 (𝐶)) define human existence as a mere dependent output of environmental constants, failing to account for quantum non-locality and subjective emergence. In response, this research introduces the ’Probability Axis (P-axis)’—a fifth dimension serving as a logical hypothesis space to model information probability density and the phase of subjective choice—without negating physical causality. The resulting integrated system function Ψ𝑃 𝑦 = 𝑓 (𝑥𝑡, 𝐶, 𝜖) is an existential computational model demonstrating that physical reality (𝑦) can be reconfigured through the subject’s agency (𝑥𝑡), even amidst environmental constraints (𝐶) and external stochastic noise (𝜖). Specifically, by recursively applying Gödel’s Incompleteness Theorems, this paper proves that human intelligence, in its capacity to perceive and modify a system, logically resides at a meta-level outside said system, thereby securing the transcendental phase of agency (𝑥). Conclusively, by restoring the human status from an algorithmic dependent variable (𝑦) to a universal independent variable (𝑥), this research injects practical negentropy into a modern philosophy facing entropic collapse. Philosophy must return to its origins. As it was for Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle, philosophy functions as a complete blueprint for human intellect only when it coexists with the rigor of mathematics and science.
