Based on the complete axiomatic system and primordial topological framework of PFUSRC, this paper provides a unified, necessary, self-consistent, non-paradoxical, and falsifiable solution to 36 core open problems in modern mathematics and physics. All problems share a single ontological origin: the 45° triple coaxial bicone topology, the cone-prism interlayer domain, the 1→5→11 rigid dimensional evolution sequence, 55 global steady-state datum points, 12: 11 universal gauge invariance, the ₁ universal driving field, - information anchoring, and the probability stratification axiom. This paper does not adopt presuppositional geometric explanations. Starting from rigorous axioms and using structurally proven theorems, each problem is systematically derived. Every solution provides explicit derivation paths, core formulas, and source references. The results demonstrate that all seemingly independent puzzles are different low-dimensional projections of the same primordial topology. This work constitutes the ultimate empirical verification of the PFUSRC system.
