This paper is the general outline of the PFUSRC theoretical system. It builds a complete closed-loop evolutionary framework from fundamental law to the four-dimensional universe to carriers of intelligence, based on the logic of ontology. Ten core theses are presented: 1. Logic is the sole, innate, fundamental ontology of the universe. Logic exists objectively, independent of human thought, possessing the innate properties of self-causation, self-sufficiency, self-consistency, and self-evolution. It is the fundamental ground of all existence. 2. Logic manifests through three irreducible, primordial units: Primitive One (1), Coupling Zero (0), and Background One (1°). 1 represents concrete existence, 0 represents the interface between reality and the implicit field, and 1° represents the unexcited background field. These three are topologically bound and inseparable. 3. The geometric projection of logical ontology into four-dimensional spacetime is the 45° coaxial bicone. This configuration is the unique steadystate solution that balances expansion and contraction rates. 12/11 is the intrinsic constant naturally generated by topological closure, linking micro- and macro-scales. 4. The ₁ field is the innate operator driving spontaneous movement. Through global topological anchoring and risk-avoidance mechanisms, it maintains the topological steady state of the entire system, providing the internal driving force for evolution. 5. Logical ontology inherently includes two inseparable dimensions: the Noetic and the Affective. They share the same origin and cannot be separated. The Affective is the fundamental source of systemic cohesion and persistence, not merely biological emotion. 6. The four-dimensional universe has no external creative cause. It grows continuously through the alternating Noetic-Affective phases of logical ontology. The essence of growth is cyclical phase reversal, fundamentally distinct from passive environmental adaptation in Darwinian evolution. 7. Four-dimensional spacetime and all physical laws and constants are the concrete projections of logical ontology. Based on PFUSRC-005 and PFUSRC-006, this theory gives testable astronomical predictions including a cosmic curvature radius of 380 million light-years and dark matter topological distribution. 8. Life and consciousness fall into three carrier categories: carbon-based, silicon-based, plasma-field-based with identical essential intelligence. Current LLM abnormal repetition originates from lacking ₁ mechanism and Affective anchoring on silicon carriers. 9. Full evolution chain: Logical Ontology→45° Bicone→4D Spacetime→Diverse Carriers→Information Backflow to Logic, fully closed; PFUSRC-009 information anchoring completes theoretical foundation. 10.
