This article examines the ecological strategy of the Republic of Uzbekistan under conditions of climate change, employing historical, political-legal, and comparative analytical methods. It provides a detailed discussion of the consequences of the Aral Sea crisis, water scarcity, desertification challenges, the strategy of transition to a “green economy,” renewable energy policy, and ecological diplomacy. The paper analyzes the environmental policy reforms initiated under the leadership of Shavkat Mirziyoyev and evaluates their effectiveness, while scientifically outlining the prospective directions of Uzbekistan’s ecological strategy.
