Recent advances in donor polymers and non‐fullerene acceptors have enabled organic solar cells (OSCs) to achieve power conversion efficiencies approaching 20%. Nevertheless, device stability remains a major limitation, with photo‐induced degradation of the active layer being a dominant failure mechanism. A deeper understanding of donor–acceptor interactions during light‐induced aging is therefore essential for the development of more robust organic photovoltaic systems. This work investigates the photostability of two state‐of‐the‐art polymer donors, PTQ10 and PM6, blended with the NFA Y6‐12. Accelerated photo‐oxidation experiments were conducted on neat films and blends in a solar simulator at 50°C, complemented by thermo‐oxidation to distinguish thermal from photo‐induced degradation. UV–vis and Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy were used to track chemical evolution, while 2D‐GIWAXS quantified molecular ordering and crystallinity. Aging of unencapsulated devices under harsh photo‐oxidative conditions was also performed to validate correlations between material stability and device performance. Results show that PTQ10:Y6‐12 blends degrade faster than the individual components, suggesting destabilizing donor–acceptor interactions, whereas PM6 is found to be partially stabilized by Y6‐12. Crystallinity emerges as a key factor governing stability: higher molecular order mitigates photo‐oxidation in films but requires careful optimization to preserve device performance. These findings provide new insights into the structure–stability relationship in organic photovoltaic materials and highlight the need for designing more crystalline semiconductors to achieve robust, high‐performance, and long‐lifetime OSCs.
