Key strategies include establishing AI-driven skill hubs in rural districts such as Ranchi, Dhanbad, & Hazaribagh, offering training in digital literacy, AI tools, & sustainable business management tailored to MSME needs. Government interventions, including the Jharkhand MSME Connect Portal, provide AI-based diagnostics for credit assessment & market linkage, enhancing financial inclusion. Partnerships with NSQF-certified programs will upskill 50,000 youth annually, focusing on sectors like textiles, food processing, & handicrafts. Incubators supporting women entrepreneurs aim to reduce gender disparities, promoting 30% female participation. To mitigate youth migration currently at 25% in rural areas, policies emphasize local value chain development, creating 1 lakh jobs by 2030. Tax incentives for MSMEs adopting green technologies & vocational training tied to local industries will foster retention.
