Paper CLXXIX: One-Octonion Galactic Center Signals as Sump T2∗Boundary: 511 keV Dipole, 2 MeV Line, CMZ Ionization, and

Multiple anomalous signals from the Galactic Center — the 511 keV positron annihilation dipole, the 2 MeV unidentified gamma-ray line, the Central Molecular Zone (CMZ) ionization excess, and the 20 GeV Totani halo — are unified as manifestations of the sump T2∗coherence boundary at rT2∗(MMW) = p G · 7 × 1010 M⊙/a0. Numerically: rT2∗(MMW = 7 × 1010 M⊙) = 9.68 kpc, (1) consistent with the Totani gamma-ray halo radius of ∼10 kpc. The 511 keV flux is the e+e−→2γ annihilation of focal-zone excitations at the T2∗boundary; the dipole direction is the sump principal axis at RA = 165◦, Dec = +55◦. The 2 MeV line arises from 4 × 511 keV = 2044 keV (Fano λ = 4 mode amplification, off by 2.2%; stated as a proposal). The CMZ ionization rate ζ ∝fbulk = 3.691% tracks the bulk-transit fraction. The Totani halo at ∼20 GeV (an open problem in the framework) is noted as a prediction gap requiring future derivation. Four formal predictions (P74–P77); zero free parameters for P74–P76.
