Juodzbalis et al. (Nature 653: 1017-1021, 2026) report a direct dynamical black-hole mass measurement in the strongly lensed Little Red Dot Abell 2744-QSO1 at z=7. 04, finding MBH = 5x10⁷ Mₛun and MBH/Mₛtar > 2. This paper shows that result is a direct confirmation of Paper CLVII Prediction-5 (compact LRDs with anomalous BH/stellar mass ratio form in primordial G2 vortex regions, omnibus p. 974) and CLVIII §3. 2 (MBH seeds before Mₛtar; SAM endpoint MBH ~ 8x10⁷ Mₛun from Mgas=10¹0. 5 Mₛun). The measured MBH = 10⁷. 7 Mₛun sits at the median of the pre-published vortex-seeded mass range 10⁷. 5-10⁸. 5 Mₛun. The brane-current mechanism (bypasses Freeman threshold via Sigmacrit->0 at vortex sites, no UV required, direct focal-zone collapse) maps point-for-point onto the Juodzbalis et al. exclusion list (standard DCBH ruled out via MBH/Mdyn>0. 1; NSC ruled out at >5sigma; DM cusp ruled out). Issues five predictions (CCLX-P1 to P5): P1 (population: >=30% of z>5 broad-line LRDs overmassive by >=1 dex vs RV-2015; CONFIRMED in same-day companion paper CCLXI), P2 (spatial clustering near COSMOS-Web dark radio sources), P3 (low host rotational support), P4 (near-pristine metallicity), P5 (near-dormant Eddington fraction). Cross-channel orthogonality table with the GWTC-5. 0-confirmed hierarchical-merger channel (CCLVI, CCLIX-P5). Framework count: 261 numbered papers.
