This paper presents a unified mechanism for electromagnetic redshift (frequency downshift) and blueshift (frequency upshift) based on the First-Principle Unified Theory of Light Strings. Abandoning the traditional interpretations of spacetime curvature, cosmic expansion, and photon energy level changes, the theory attributes all frequency shifts to changes in the vibration rhythm of light strings under external forces. The core conclusions are: 1. Redshift is a passive vibration suppression effect caused by light string field density gradients, including gravitational redshift, thermal redshift, and Doppler redshift. 2. Blueshift is an active vibration enhancement effect driven by the anti-elastic rebound of light strings under transient strong magnetic fields. 3. The unified mathematical derivations, including Doppler effect, gravitational redshift, and magnetic blueshift, are provided without any omitted steps. 4. The theory is self-consistent with previous works on light string theory and proposes verifiable experimental predictions. This work completes the unification of redshift and blueshift phenomena under a single physical framework, laying a theoretical foundation for frequency regulation, anti-gravity, and field propulsion technologies.
