This paper provides the first unified framework-level consolidation of a distributed Geometric Wave Engineering (GWE) documentary corpus concerning constructive pseudo-surfaces, operative pseudovolumes, and propagation-oriented geometry. Its central conceptual contribution is the explicit formulation of induced focality: the focal zones of GWE pseudo-surfaces are not classical point foci of standard quadrics, but internal zones of ray or wave concentration induced by the inverse use of the focal laws of conic generatrix curves. In classical optical systems, the foci of an ellipse, parabola, or hyperbola lie on the operative side of the reflecting or refracting surface and participate directly in field concentration. In GWE pseudo-surfaces, by contrast, the corresponding foci of the generatrix curves are characteristically external to the operative pseudovolume. Nevertheless, the geometric information associated with those foci remains encoded in the shape of the generatrix, in its local normals, in its curvature distribution, and in the law of specular reflection. In the core focal constructions of GWE, variable negative curvature acts as the geometric condition that reorients the focal law toward the interior pseudovolume. As a consequence, classical focal laws are not cancelled but inverted in use, generating internal annular, disk-like, axial, paired, or composite concentration zones rather than ordinary point foci. The paper further distinguishes pseudo-surfaces as constructive boundary objects from pseudovolumes as operative internal domains obtained through interval interpretation and Merge-based consolidation. It records the principal families—pseudohyperboloid, pseudoparaboloid, and pseudoellipsoid—together with their vertical and horizontal variants, higher-order generations, and row or multi-row assemblies. Earlier archived records disclosed individual family elements and operational procedures in distributed form; the present article does not re-claim those earlier local first disclosures, but consolidates them within a single framework and places them within a verification ladder that is explicitly distinguished from documentary priority. Documentary priority and verification status are treated here as distinct dimensions: priority is fixed by dated public disclosure, whereas the verification ladder classifies evidential maturity after disclosure. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, earlier archived disclosures retain priority for their respective local elements. The principal new claim of the present preprint is therefore framework-level: the explicit statement of induced focality, focal-law inversion, and variable negative curvature as the conceptual basis of GWE. A falsifiable framework-level prediction is also stated: under matched source and boundary conditions, changing the conic generatrix should change the geometry of the induced focal zone in a deterministic manner (Criterion F). The framework distinguishes three generatrix-dependent focal regimes: ring-throat concentration for pseudohyperboloids, branch-and-equatorial-closure redistribution for pseudoparaboloids, and external focal-ring organization with K-invariant mixing and J-separation for pseudoellipsoids (Criteria F and H).
