Paper CCLXVIII: Backward Entanglement Without Backward Signaling -- Brane-Stall Decoherence at the T2* Horizon and the Octonionic Venue-Completeness Theorem

Abstract

Ji, Lloyd the brane is ordered+record-bearing but irreversible (the valve), the bulk is reversible but timeless+recordless, and their intersection is empty. Entanglement is a 4->5->5->4 process whose load-bearing legs lie in the timeless bulk (so it may run backward) ; signaling is a 4->4 brane process bound to the arrow (so it cannot). This realizes the island / unitary-evaporation mechanism with an HM final state DETERMINED by G2 rather than chosen, leaving the retrocausal capacity exactly zero. Falsifiable prediction P1: the Page-curve entropy turnover carries the factor 1/8 = sigmaT2*, tying black-hole evaporation entropy to the CCXLVII dark-energy deflection constant with no adjustable parameters; P2 near-horizon residual coherence; P3 T2* ~ 1/v in proper time while coherence DEPTH is universal. Honest scope: the sole axiom is the founding OOB ontology (brane timed/irreversible, bulk timeless) ; the 1/8 Page-curve coefficient is the breakable claim; the 1/r warp in the black-string metric is taken as standard.
