This release contains the manuscript, structural-property catalog, figure set, and supporting materials for CESD-X II: Structural Fingerprints and the Two-Map Framework for the Galaxy-Cluster Intracluster Medium. Building on the CESD-X Foundation Paper, this work introduces structural fingerprints, the two-map framework, population structural taxonomy, and the identification of feature radius as a statistically dominant but physically unexplained geometric dimension of intracluster-medium organization. The structural decomposition is applied to 242 screened ACCEPT clusters; 235 with complete structural vectors entered the population clustering, and 7 were excluded for incomplete structural vectors / insufficient radial sampling. This dataset is the companion to CESD-X II and the stable catalog reference for subsequent papers in the CESD-X program.
