The four major large-scale anomalies of the CMB quadrupole suppression, the Axis of Evil, the missing large-angle correlation, and the hemispherical asymmetry are derived as projections of the G2 Fano lattice structure from the 7D parent spacetime onto the observable 2-sphere. The 7D parent spacetime has a non-orthogonal coordinate structure: the 7 Fano planes share directions pairwise, generating a G2-symmetric ge- ometry analogous to the non-coplanar Ursa Major conguration projected onto the sky. (1) Quadrupole suppression: under the maximal SO(3) ⊂G2 (the long-root SU(2)), the fundamental 7-dim rep branches as 7 →ℓ= 3 only the ℓ= 2 (quadrupole) mode is absent from both the fundamental (7) and adjoint (14) of G2, rst appearing in the 27. The suppression factor CG2 ℓ/CΛCDM ℓ = C2(7)/C2(27) = 2/10 = 0.20 (Planck 2018 observed: 0.25 ± 0.10). (2) Axis of Evil: G2 has rank 2 (two Cartan generators), creating two preferred axes. The angle between them on the CMB sky follows from the G2 simple root angle: (180 −150)/ℓfund = 30/3 = 10 (observed: 9 ± 3). (3) Hemi- spherical asymmetry: in the Fano plane, any line not through e7 divides the 7 nodes as 4 (including e7) vs 3, giving intrinsic asymmetry 1/7 = 14.3% in 7D, projected to 2D with the G2 root length ratio √ 3: Apred = (1/7) × (2/7) × √ 3 = 7.1% (observed: 7.0% ± 2.2%). (4) Missing large-angle correlation: the G2 Coxeter angle 60 is a natural zero of the G2-weighted correlation function C(θ); the exact zero at θ = 90 is guaranteed by P3(0) = P5(0) = 0. All four predictions use zero free parameters beyond the established framework. Eight new predictions are made (P60P67). Part of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework series.
