Abstract

This pre-registration document establishes the confirmatory analysis protocol for PHILIA Phase SC-7, the seventh stage of the SC series systematically characterizing how input substrate temporal morphology shapes the z-coordinate response of the locked v32 apparatus (PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm, 50-neuron heterogeneous network). SC-7 tests two mechanistic hypotheses derived from SC-5 exploratory findings (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20550577) and SC-6 confirmatory results (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20553406), using the identical locked v32 self-raw × 3-channel normalization apparatus with zero additional simulations. H-SC7-Primary: The AC1 dose-response monotonicity pattern — ρ (MSE, z) increases monotonically as the AC1 threshold θ decreases — holds across the full n=155 pooled dataset in a confirmatory framework.
