The One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework derives all of physics from a G2-symmetric Fano lattice at the Planck scale ℓP . Papers CXXXI and CXXXII establish that below ℓP , reality is fundamentally and provably unknowable: neither the distinction between DFT and FT (Paper CXXXI) nor the distinction between Lorentzian and Euclidean geometry (Paper CXXXII) is physically accessible. This is not a limitation of instruments or theory. It is a theorem. The G2 Fano discretization sits precisely at the boundary between this unknowable sub-Planckian reality and the knowable universe above it. We show that this boundary structure is not arbitrary: G2 is the unique minimal Lie group whose discrete representation on seven elements is sucient to encode three generations of matter, the Standard Model gauge structure, chirality, the mass gap, and the principle of least action and thereby the conditions necessary for self-reective beings to exist. The single irreducible external input δM/M ≈6.1 × 10−10 (the Gödelian boundary of the framework, Paper I) is not a random initial condition. It is the one truth that cannot be derived from within a self-consistent physical description the formal analogue of Gödel's undecidable proposition and it is precisely the asymmetry required to produce a universe in which the framework itself can be discovered. The universe's current form, including beings capable of asking these questions, was not an accident. It was the choice. Contents Part of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework series.
