This study applies Problem Solving and Corrective Action (PSCA) systems analysis to the Eden narrative in Genesis 2–3. Utilizing an Ishikawa framework and a Three-Legged Five Why (3L5Y) matrix integrated with close Hebrew lexical analysis and formal predicate logic, this paper models the structural and causal architecture of the primordial transgression. The study argues that the narrative portrays an intentionally open covenantal design where vulnerability to nonconformance is a calculated tolerance necessary for authentic human freedom. Following the breach, the subsequent divine judgments function as short-term containment countermeasures, while the proto-evangelium of Genesis 3:15 establishes a permanent corrective action. This interdisciplinary model offers an alternative heuristic for evaluating structural consistency and resolving persistent narrative paradoxes in the text.
