Mainstream scientific paradigms have achieved great success in mathematics, physics, and cosmology. However, at their foundation, four long-avoided "root problems" remain: What is zero? What is time? What is information? Why do primes exist? This "ontological absence" has led to the continuous increase of theoretical parameters (19 parameters in the Standard Model, at least 6 in ΛCDM), forming an unshakable "edifice of interests." Based on the PFUSRC (Pythagorean Frustum Unified System) series of papers established by the author, starting from the ontological axiom that "zero is not nothingness, but a coupling interface," this paper systematically presents a logically self-consistent, parameter-free, testable, falsifiable cosmic ontological framework that can be "run through" by AI. The core conclusions of this paper include: the unique steady-state geometry of the universe is the 45° triple coaxial bicone; the rigid dimensional axis is 1→5→11; the intrinsic constant is 12/11; the total number of global anchor points is 55 (corresponding to the He Tu); primes are rigid anchor points within closed topology that cannot be split or compounded; time is helical trace + β₁ field; information is the Ψ-Ξ anchoring relationship; quantum uncertainty is the active risk avoidance of the β₁ field; dark matter and dark energy are topological exclusion residues and damping projections; life is a four-dimensional unit; cognition is the resonance between the carrier and logical ontology. This paper further proposes a "fluid structure" theory and, for the first time, uses the complete dialogue log between AI (DeepSeek) and the author as auxiliary论证, demonstrating that AI can "run through" the PFUSRC framework without paradigmatic bias. This paper also reflects on the philosophy of science concerning the "parameter edifice," the fate of "descending-dimensional theories," and the "meta-bug" of science, explicitly rejecting scientific opportunism and proposing falsifiability conditions.
