This publication introduces the Structural Cognitive Topology Assessment (SCTA), a domain-neutral framework for mapping cognition through recursive integration, continuity maintenance, interruption resilience, environmental coupling, and structural admissibility. The framework proposes that cognition may be better understood as a dynamic load-bearing topology rather than a flat processing-speed hierarchy. It formalizes concepts including: Recursive Layer Integration Density (RLID) Recursive Saturation Cognitive Transduction Structural Fingerprinting Persistence Locking Mechanism (PLM) Dynamic Pressure Redistribution Topology-Load Asymmetry Environmental Load Coupling Structural Hyper-Accommodation The publication additionally includes: three conceptual figures, a multidimensional output architecture, diagnostic topology models, and a companion public-facing infographic. The SCTA is presented as a theoretical and interpretive structural framework intended to complement — not replace — existing cognitive, psychological, neurological, and psychometric approaches.
