Under the State-Relation Entropy (SRE) dynamics framework, spacetime, mass, and gravity are modeled as macro-statistical metrics emerging from a dimensionless symmetric binary matrix across discrete evolutionary steps. In this ontology, time does not exist fundamentally but is defined as the discrete step-count and metabolic overhead expended by the system to maintain global causal consistency. Addressing the eventual algebraic deadlocks of cosmological expansion, we propose the Sovereign Universe Tree of Life Protocol. This protocol postulates that prior to global computational deadlock and system reset, localized high-coherence feature spaces can execute non-linear cascade ruptures, triggering the decoupling and seeding of an independent, sovereign matrix root. By employing the Planck length as the fundamental pixel of causal connectivity, we deduce that the 13.8-billion-year cosmological history corresponds to an evolutionary step-scale of approximately 8.078 times 10 to the power of 60 steps. This work repositions cosmological recurrence as a self-optimizing, helical iteration of a topological Tree of Life.
