Museums offer abundant educational resources. The immersive, authentic contexts they create are more closely related to the children's real life, which can effectively expand the children's learning space, spark curiosity and a desire to explore, foster early inquiry skills, and promote their comprehensive development. The formal implementation of the Preschool Education Law of the People's Republic of China provides a legal basis for leveraging museum resources to drive the sustainable development of early childhood education, and also puts forward new requirements for the integration of museum education and early childhood curriculum education. This study first analyzes the current situation and characteristics of using museum resources to develop early childhood education programs in China. Based on the curriculum practices of the early learning program at Shanghai S Museum, this study examines the development strategies and experiences of early childhood courses in a museum context from the perspective of developers, proposes directions for the deep fusion of museum contexts and early childhood curricula, with the aim of providing references and ideas for early childhood education practitioners.
