Building recording to Historic England Level 3 Proposed alterations are focused on modern additions to the historic building and yard area. The proposed works will not affect the historic fabric of the building. The façade of the building, which forms an important part of Rainbow Hill Terrace will not be affected by the proposals. Works to the rear yard area are to a part of the building not publically visible. The works will, therefore, not affect the way Rainbow Hill Terrace and the Lansdowne Crescent and Rainbow Hill Conservation Area can be experienced and appreciated.
