The research tries to measure the inherent effect of the two micro fillers on the fresh property, i.e., plastic shrinkage and the hardened property of self-compacted concrete (SCC). It also tries to find the acceptable dose of lime powder filler waste (LF) and marble powder filler waste (MF) of SCC. Two fillers were elected from a group of natural inert industrial by-products, i.e., limestone powder waste, and marble powder waste. Employing two natural supplements of 0%, 15%, and 20% replacement of cement, M-30 concrete was designed with a different combination. The plastic shrinkage of young, hardened SCC properties and the influence of partial replacement of fills are examined. No cracks occurred even after 4 hours of the blended sample of 10% and 15% replacement. The SCC combination mixes substituted by fillers improved compressive strength up to 23% related to SCC normal specimen.
