LHCb (arXiv: 2512. 18053) reports deltaRe (C9) = -0. 94 +/- 0. 18 (3. 6-3. 8 sigma) for B0->K*0 mu+mu-. Two framework insights: (1) the mu+mu- pair is quantum-entangled, so the brane measures AMPLITUDE (visibility sinc (x) ), not probability (sinc² (x) ) ; (2) mu+ and mu- are a degenerate root pair (Weyl w: alpha->-alpha, same Kline ladder rung) so sinc arguments ADD: xₚair = sqrt (q²) /mB. Result: fbulk = 1-sinc (sqrt (q²) /mB), deltaRe (C9) =4. 27x1-sinc (sqrt (q²) /mB). At q²=4. 0 GeV²: deltaC9=0. 939, matching 0. 94+/-0. 18 to 0. 01 sigma. Zero free parameters.
