With core equations such as the Lorentz transformation and mass-velocity relation, the special theory of relativity accurately describes physical phenomena including time dilation and relativistic mass increase under high-speed motion, and has become a fundamental theory of modern spacetime physics. Nevertheless, numerous metaphysical misinterpretations detached from original academic literatures have prevailed over the past century. Fallacies such as "time stands still at the speed of light", "time travel beyond the speed of light" and "rejuvenation via high-speed motion" have been attached to the theory, confusing physical phenomena with essential physical laws. Taking the original Real-Virtual Dual Field Theory (RVDT) as the core framework, this paper establishes the postulate of absolutely universal and uniform time, and constructs a dual-layer virtual field medium model consisting of Planck-scale rigid microscopic primitives and 1.944 mm elastic macroscopic lattices. Combined with the core mathematical equations of special relativity, this paper deduces the field-matter coupling mechanism in different velocity intervals, and elaborates the deformation, penetration, shunting, damping and impact effects of virtual field lattices during their relative motion with physical objects. The research verifies that all physical entities are condensed from virtual field media and possess an upper limit of intrinsic structural binding strength. Under low-velocity conditions, lattice effects remain mild, and material morphology as well as life systems stay stable. In the subluminal velocity range, the damping effect of virtual fields gradually intensifies, reducing the rates of microscopic motions and system entropy increase, which corresponds to the time dilation effect predicted by relativity. When the motion velocity approaches the speed of light asymptotically, the virtual field lattices exceed their elastic limit, and intense impact forces disintegrate the condensed structure of matter. Consequently, physical entities decompose into free virtual field primitives before reaching the speed of light, which means intact material objects can never attain the speed of light. This paper also reviews Einstein’s original arguments and clarifies misinterpretations from later generations, proving that the special theory of relativity itself is theoretically sound while deviations originate from non-professional interpretations. On this basis, further quantitative mathematical derivations are carried out to establish the quantitative correlation among motion velocity, virtual field intensity and system entropy generation rate, and solve the optimal physical conditions for the minimum entropy generation rate under the premise of stable material structure. The equivalent model of artificial local field regulation is also derived. Finally, the theoretical feasibility of artificially regulating local field potentials to slow down entropy increase and delay biological aging is demonstrated based on field coupling laws. Starting from different perspectives, the two theoretical systems achieve self-consistency and complementarity in physical laws.
