This study examined the impact of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) on beneficiaries’ academic performance and satisfaction. Specifically, it investigated the level of program implementation in education and health; beneficiaries’ satisfaction with perceived benefits, financial relief, and motivation; students' academic performance; and the relationship between program implementation and both academic performance and satisfaction. Employing a descriptive-correlational research design, data were collected through a structured questionnaire and students’ academic records. Statistical analyses included frequencies, percentages, means, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficients. Findings revealed that the implementation of the 4Ps program in education and health was rated highly, with high satisfaction levels, particularly regarding financial relief, perceived benefits, and motivation. Most students achieved academic performance classified as satisfactory to very satisfactory. Moreover, results indicated a low but significant positive correlation between 4Ps implementation and academic performance, and a moderately significant positive correlation between implementation and satisfaction. These findings suggest the program exerts a stronger influence on student satisfaction than on academic achievement. The study concludes that the 4Ps program effectively enhances students’ school participation, motivation, and overall satisfaction, though its direct impact on academic performance is limited. It recommends implementing additional academic support programs to further improve learning outcomes.
