**NOTICE (June 2026): this preprint is withdrawn. Its headline result and its supporting numbers are retracted. It is superseded by doi: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20631504. ** - The headline Deltaₜot = 43/15 rests on a term-by-term polynomial-split spectral regularization that is incorrect for curvature-shifted Kaluza-Klein towers: it silently drops a finite term, exactly -c²/2 per shifted tower (mu = u² - c). With genuine heat-kernel weights the same 13-sector sum gives -2/15. - The claimed monopole sign flip is an artifact of the same error: the genuine charged-tower value is -1/40, not +1/10, and the genuine neutral value is -1/15, not -17/480. Both are negative; there is no sign flip. - The denominator obstruction theorem ("no SUSY multiplet collection can shift Deltaₜot by 2/15") is withdrawn together with the 43/15 it addressed. - The Jordan-frame omega = 0 dilaton claim is also wrong; the correct Brans-Dicke parameter for this reduction is omega = -1/2. - Independently of regularization, the framework is inconsistent: the M4 x S² monopole geometry is not a solution of pure six-dimensional Einstein gravity; the consistent setting is the supersymmetric Salam-Sezgin vacuum. The superseding paper, "One-loop correction to the four-dimensional Planck mass on the supersymmetric M4 x S² compactification of Salam-Sezgin supergravity" (doi: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20631504), rebuilds the calculation in the consistent supersymmetric theory (result: Delta = -1/10) and includes an appendix isolating the regularization error above.
