This paper examines the multifaceted landscape of modern entrepreneurship and start-up culture in the mid-2020s. As the digital revolution has systematically lowered barriers to entry, entrepreneurship has evolved from a solitary business activity into a sophisticated, ecosystem-driven phenomenon. This study analyses the evolution of entrepreneurial models in the digital age, the core psychological dimensions of founders—including risk tolerance, resilience, and multi-faceted motivations—and the structural components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, such as venture capital, government policy, and incubators. Furthermore, it details the socio-economic impacts of start-up culture, emphasizing its role in driving regional innovation, job creation, and GDP growth across diverse global contexts, including India, Türkiye, and Nigeria. The paper concludes by identifying future trends for 2026 and beyond, particularly the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and the rise of mission-driven social entrepreneurship.
