Abstract This article presents an updated HoloGenesis interpretation of the elementary charge as the observable amplitude of a deeper angular polarization law rooted in the subitron lattice, shell-horizon closure, and phasor-tip orientation. Rather than treating charge as an isolated empirical constant, HoloGenesis proposes that charge emerges from the way wrapped frequency closes against the polarization structure of voided spacetime. The article corrects earlier formulations that referred too broadly to the “cloud frequency.” In the updated HoloGenesis architecture, the primitive subitron floor is identified at approximately 56.8 GHz, while the CMB spectral peak near 160 GHz is treated as the observable spectral manifestation of that floor, not as the primitive lattice base. Charge reconstruction must therefore be anchored in the corrected subitron-floor architecture and in the shell-horizon polarization chain, not in the older peak-frequency route. The central claim is that the magnitude of elementary charge is fixed by a lattice polarization-amplitude scale, while the sign of charge is determined by the angular orientation of phasor-tip closure. Positive charge, negative charge, and neutrality are therefore not three unrelated empirical facts. They are three angular expressions of one polarization law. Neutrality is not the absence of charge in a purely empty sense; it is the observable cancellation of opposed polarization channels in a diagonal configuration. In this structure, charge polarity is angular, and neutrality is diagonal cancellation. Positive and negative charges express opposed orientations of the same underlying polarization amplitude. Neutral states express a balanced configuration whose charge cancels at the observable level while remaining structurally active within the lattice. The article also connects charge to spin, magnetic moment formation, Divalence, Noether closure, and beta decay. Spin is interpreted as a double-cycle closure of the internal phasor-tip path. Magnetic moment formation follows from the circulation of polarization structure. Divalence appears because one underlying coherence can express opposed charge orientations without losing its deeper unity. Beta decay is then reinterpreted as the rupture of a diagonal neutral configuration into opposed polarization channels accompanied by a residual coherence channel. The elementary charge is therefore not treated as a standalone constant. It is proposed as a local expression of a wider lattice-polarization architecture: subitron phase closure fixes the support field, shell-horizon polarization fixes the amplitude, phasor-tip orientation fixes sign and neutrality, and Divalence explains how opposed charge channels can emerge from one coherent source. The broader implication is that charge becomes a gateway phenomenon inside HoloGenesis. It links electromagnetic constants, particle architecture, spin behavior, magnetic response, beta decay, orthogonal channel separation, and conservation. Charge is not merely a number attached to matter. It is the visible expression of how wrapped frequency polarizes, orients, cancels, separates, and conserves itself within the subitron lattice.
