Abstract

as a reference for clinical decision-making for patients with diverse clinical situations, such as those with HCC, receiving immunosuppressive treatment or chemotherapy, who have undergone hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), liver or other organ transplantation, HCC, acute hepatitis B (AHB), coinfection, pregnant women, and children. ReadershipThis guideline is mainly intended for medical staff in primary, secondary, and tertiary medical institutions who treat patients with CHB, and is designed to be used by medical professionals, public health physicians, and health care policymakers. Development group and conflict of interest informationThe 2026 CHB Treatment Guidelines Revision Committee consisted of 19 experts in related fields (Appendix 1) under the auspices of the KASL.All members reported conflict of interest information in advance during the development of the guidelines, and the details were presented in Appendix 2. Reported conflicts of interest were managed so as not to affect the process of revising the guidelines and the formulation of recommendations.
