Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) is incresingly becoming a key driver of change across global industries, including Supply Chain Management (SCM). The majority of Moroccan companies have not yet adopted AI techniques. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in particular, continue to face several obstacles, including a lack of technical know-how, implementation costs, etc. These issues are especially pronounced in regions where digital infrastructure is still evolving. This research explores the influence of technological factors on the intention to adopt AI within Moroccan supply chains. A quantitative methodology was employed, using a structured questionnaire distributed to 118 supply chain professionals across a range of industries. The study followed a two-phase analysis: descriptive statistics and reliability tests were conducted using SPSS, while structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was carried out via SmartPLS 4.0. The findings highlight how crucial operational assistance like training and implementation advice is to facilitating AI adoption. In order to improve supply chain operations’ readiness for AI integration, Moroccan managers are advised to make investments in internal capacity building and support systems.
